Performance of the UK glamping sector continues to rise according to the latest booking data from UK glamping company, Canopy & Stars. Booking revenue for Canopy & Stars UK glamping collection continues to exceed 2019 levels, up by nearly 30 per cent over the weekend of 29 – 31 May when compared to the same period in 2019, which was Canopy & Stars best year to date.

Spurred on by the hot weather, confidence in UK summer holidays continues to increase, with July being the most popular month for searches and bookings. Searches for 7-night bookings have increased by 50 per cent in past week and interest in Wales and Scotland has picked up too as Covid-19 restrictions start to be eased
Sister company Sawday’s accommodation platform for self-catering, hotels, B&Bs and inns across the UK & Ireland, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal, have seen booking enquiries continue to increase, by 25 per cent over the last week, with self-catering properties proving the most popular.
Interest in Scotland and France has increased in the past seven days with booking enquiries up by 50 per cent and 40 per cent, respectively.
