The Bothy Stores range of bothies are made from fully insulated modular cassettes that bolt together easily to form the finished building. The first choice you have is whether you would like to have the bothy delivered to you fully assembled or flat packed to be erected on site.
The prefabricated bothy is assembled off-site in our workshop, ready for delivery to site by low-bed HIAB truck. Installation can be completed in a single day, which minimises on-site disruption and labour costs. For this option, the truck must be able to access and pull alongside the site.
The flat pack option is useful for less accessible locations in back gardens or up hillsides, as the modular cassettes can be carried or transported to site by off-road vehicle. The bothies are extremely quick to erect, reducing on-site construction time and the risk of weather disruption whilst also minimising the impact on the landscape.

A unique roof design and modular system gives the new Retreat Lodge from Clear Sky a distinctive look. The compact, flexible design can be laid out to fit a customer’s needs. It features two bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and veranda on a total surface of 40m2, offering plenty of space to accommodate four guests comfortably.
The hardwood frame is combined with a steel-constructed roof and the modular system allows a choice of different wall materials, window sizes and the ability to arrange the space in a variety of ways.
The steel-constructed roof strengthens the tent so it can withstand wind gusts of force 10 on the Beaufort scale. The roof edge is also fitted with steel cable tensioners and specially designed corner tensioners for a secure fit.
