Outdoor Transmission of Covid-19

People relaxing in camping chairsParkrun has published findings of a rapid review of evidence for outdoor transmission of Covid-19. The research was commissioned by parkrun and undertaken by the Centre for Sport, Physical Education and Activity Research (spear) at Canterbury Christ Church University, Kent.

The review concludes the risk of Covid-19 transmission outdoors is low, if ‘natural social distancing’ rules are not breached.
