EcoFurn eco-friendly Nordic chairs from Limes & Vines
WHY?
We tried out this unbelievably comfortable range of folding chairs at the Glamping Show and, along with matching footstools/side tables, we think they are ideal for adding instant ambience to any indoor or outdoor environment.
Free from any metal parts these chairs are held together using hemp ropes and fold flat for storage. The rope allows for flexibility within the chair as well as making them great for uneven ground. They can be adjusted to two positions and are completed with a linen headrest.
Available in a range of sustainably sourced Nordic woods (pine, birch, ash, oak, alder and larch) in a range of finishes, part of EcoFurn’s sustainability policy is to use no raw materials from fragile rain forests.

Rustic glamping furniture packages from Clear Sky
WHY?
Alongside its superb safari tents, Clear Sky also designs and manufactures a range of ready to go glamping furniture packages. Ideal for kitting out a safari tent or other large accommodation unit, prices start at £1,600 for a complete set, to include: a dining table with three chairs and a bench, a double bed with mattress, two single beds with mattresses, two bedside cabinets, a cupboard and a picnic table with bench. I am not sure you could find a similar value package, even in IKEA!
What’s more, these handmade items are fit for purpose and work in harmony with the feel of back-to-nature environments. The timber is recycled construction pinewood, which is designed to withstand all weather conditions making it ideal for glamping conditions.
If you want more, then the Super and Deluxe furniture packages include triple bunk beds, a corner lounge sofa and chairs, and a kitchen unit with sink, hob, shelf, lamps and space for a fridge.

WHY?
Nikkita is an expert in the trend of small spaces and is passionate about ‘slow design’, reconnecting with nature, the importance of community, and the trend of experiences rather than things. Before starting her own design studio she worked with infamous ‘upcycler’ Max Mcmurdo as his right hand woman.

Disc-O-Bed’s collapsible bunk beds – great for extra guests
WHY?
We came across the Disc-O-Bed at this year’s Glamping Show. Assembled in minutes, this pack-away bed set can sleep two in ‘bunked’ or ‘singles’ mode, with storage underneath. Easy to store, move and assemble, the unit can also be configured into bench seating for a truly versatile addition to glampsites.
We can see many uses for the Disc-O-Bed, from permanent installation to pop-up extra beds for families or groups, and as an ‘under the stars’ slumber option. Guests can set these up outside their glamping accommodation for a bedtime star gazing experience!
More than just a camping bed, the Disc-O-Bed has been real-world tested by the Red Cross and US Army, and features a longer, wider and more comfortable sleeping surface in comparison to conventional camp beds and sleeping pads.
