Sustainable firewood for camp sitesWE LOVE…
Sustainable firewood from Four Seasons Fuel

Four Seasons Fuel is a family run business with three generations in the firewood industry, employing 22 staff and priding itself on a personal, dedicated service. Following investment in some of the most up to date firewood machinery on the market, it provides premium camping firewood and kindling, kiln dried for a moisture content of around +/- 15 per cent.

It supplies 20 camping sites in Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Dorset, Kent and Essex, producing 50,000 netted bags of firewood and kindling per year, all distributed from its yard in West Sussex.

What’s more, it uses 100 per cent natural wood gases from the production of charcoal to heat its bio mass retort furness, so it has great eco credentials too!

The Alfresco Snug from Woodscott

A highly versatile structure, the joiners at Devonshire based Woodscott have created a stylish covered area, perfect for alfresco dining and BBQ kitchens. We’ve seen it set up with twinkling fairy lights and comfy cushions, and it’s large enough to comfortably house picnic benches and other outdoor furniture – perfect for glampsites that want to provide a communal area for all weather cooking and dining.

It comes in a range of sizes and the option for clear roof panels and lots of other add ons.

Check out the Garden Snug too – a smaller structure with options for storage boxes, cushions, a day bed and zip up canvas front.
