The recent collaboration in the Netherlands on the Marker Wadden nature reserve created screw foundations for timber-framed accommodation buildings, standing on sand, clay and silt extracted from the Markermeer. Closer to home, FIRST BASE is currently supplying screw pile foundations and project support for eight eco-lodges around a lake near York, among many other projects.
