Details: The Collingbourne Beerfest featured live music and a wide selection of beers and ciders from local brewers and breweries as well as a gin and fizz bar positioned in a marquee on the recreation ground at Collinbourne Cricket Club.
The bar was set up on the morning of the event in a corner of the marquee and customised to have Gin & Fizz Bar decals applied. A black bar was chosen and a back bar installed to provide a further working surface as well as a place for the refrigerator to be located.
This stylish bar provided an alternative to guests who wanted something different from the beers and ciders on offer at the event by serving a range of locally sourced gin and prosecco options.
Customer feedback: The Gin and Fizz Bar was a great success and managed to sell out of product by the end of the night, raising significant funds for the organisers which were subsequently fed back into local projects.
The Collingbourne Beerfest committee (who organised the event) wrote: “Your support enabled the committee to plan, organise and deliver an event which surpassed and exceeded our expectations. The feedback we have received locally about the event has been tremendous.”

Details: Pop-Up-Pubs supplied a high net worth client with the largest pop-up pub from its range. The Rose And Crown is a two-storey classic British pub with an interior bar, 50 capacity roof terrace and private VIP room. Hanging baskets and window boxes were also supplied with fresh flower arrangements to complete the classic look.
The ground-floor bar area featured a walkthrough that led to a large dining area at the rear. As is often the case, Pop-Up-Pubs was required to sign a non-disclosure agreement due to the high profile nature of the client.
All the pop-up pubs can be customised and for this event, Pop-Up-Pubs worked with the client’s creatives to produce stylised gold lettering and custom artwork celebrating the special day.
The Rose And Crown consists of three shipping containers. The crew arrived at the large estate with two lorries and were able to precisely locate and install the pub within six hours. During the event, professional staff made sure the champagne kept flowing, ensuring everyone had a great time. The following week, the team returned and took the pub away without a trace.
