The North Pole Igloos Hotel will launch in April 2020 and comprise 10 heated domes with glass ceilings. The most northerly hotel in the world, the pop-up can be moved should weather conditions become too dangerous and includes a chef, Arctic wilderness guide, camp manager and security.
The experience, offered by Luxury Action, costs a staggering £85,000 and starts in the Norwegian archipelago of Svalbard where guests spend two nights before taking a two-hour helicopter flight to the North Pole ice camp.
Luxury Action says the whole experience is eco-friendly and poses no threat to the Arctic environment.
