How can your service benefit function venue owners?
We offer a broad range of catering, but predominantly focus on providing a fantastic mobile fish and chip van service. Our whole purpose is to accommodate clients’ catering requirements and provide fresh and innovative menus and suggestions based on traditional concepts. We also have a collection of unique and characteristic catering vans from which we offer a selection of delicious menus such as fish and chips, curries, chilli, pie and mash, plus much more.

What advice could you offer a function venue owner on catering?
We highly recommend selecting catering and bar suppliers that have a flexible work ethic. They should be committed in meeting the clients’ needs when faced with all the variables that inevitably occur with each individual event.

Catering vanWhat is the USP of your service?
We have a flair for identifying what a client’s style and requirements are, which enables us to create the ideal service to suit them. Our fleet of unique catering vans also means we can deliver a vehicle to suit their chosen theme.

We have a combined cheffing experience of over 25 years, enabling us to include a lot of delicious homemade products, which would normally be factory produced, on our menus such as our pies, steak and kidney puddings, fish cakes, burgers, kebabs and much more.

What options do you offer for small, medium and large budgets?
We cater for all budgets, being able to scale menus right down for small budgets, for example mini-portions in cones. We also offer an option for the client to pay a hire fee to have one of our catering vans at their event and then for the guests to buy their food from us.

For larger budgets, we can increase the menu options and add personalised extras such as napkins of a specific colour etc. We also have the option of additional catering vans for a faster service, or to serve using waiting staff and the full table service. We can also add additional courses i.e. drinks reception canapes, starters and desserts. Our service can be as informal or formal as required.

Please mention a function you have catered for
We have regularly catered for Springhill Barn, a wedding venue in Lower Moor Pershore. Here we have catered for clients’ weddings with various menus including fish and chips either served from the chip van or plated to the table.

How can your product benefit function venue owners?
Zipbars are important for many venues. They offer a system that is stylish, can be packed into flight cases, is easy and fast to set up with no tools, and efficient for service. The fact it is so easily portable means that the manager of the venue can decide where and when to deploy the bar to gain maximum product sales.

What advice could you offer a function venue owner on bars?
The bar sets the profile of your business. The correct working platform for your staff to serve the clientele from is incredibly important. Any bar that has the correct layout and has staff that have been trained to serve in a professional manner always does very well. Training and lay out… both are really important to success.

BarWhat is the USP of your product?
Our USP is practical design with style. The fact you can pack a beautiful bar away into small flight cases with the use of no tools is a fundamental feature.

What options do you offer for small, medium and large budgets?~
With Zipbar you can purchase a 1×1.2m ‘starter’ bar, then increase your stock of Zipbar as your business evolves. Alternatively, hire and add to your own Zipbar stock from other Zipbar stock holders.

There are now many major venues around the UK that use the Zipbar range. These include the Mariot Hotel Chain, 02 Arena, The Grand Hotel Brighton, Zero Gravity Dubai, Kings College, and 56 different major event hire companies, as well as lots of private bars and clubs and marquee companies.

One Hotel bought a £5.5K system. I delivered it on a Thursday and showed them how to unpack, set up, clean and repack it into its flight cases. The manager was very happy with their purchase. The next day was Friday. He decided to set the bar up in the foyer. It was near Christmas and the hotel frontage is glass. The bar could be clearly seen from the city street and took £4.5K on its first night.

We offer a turnkey solution for people looking to create unique outdoor event bars. Our shipping containers have a full bar offer contained within allowing venue owners to deal with just one supplier, which is more efficient in terms of cost and time.

What advice could you offer a function venue owner on bars?
Often venues have space that isn’t being utilised. We can help them create an experience in spaces that are otherwise overlooked.

20161105 - Apre Ski Bar PURE by Jon CraigWhat is the USP of your product?
It’s a turnkey solution. Everything required to operate the bar is built inside the box (shipping container). When the box arrives on site it’s plug and play, so the set up/installation time is very quick. The unit itself is built to a very high specification and there are a number of branding opportunities, which often appeal to brands looking to get exposure at events.

What options do you offer for small, medium and large budgets?
We offer our units for dry hire as well as full turnkey packages for clients looking for full service hospitality where we take care of everything from creative inception to delivery and operations.
